This story is important, because it showed sexism at a young age. I was shut down as a child in the playground, because I said I wanted to be president. A little boy told me that only boys can be president. I was introduced to sexism as a very young age, and it changed the way I thought.

I really like your idea for a podcast. I like how on your bullet-pointed list, you already seem to paint a vivid description of where you were and what it was like when you encountered this experience. I would expand more off of your experience and talk about how society views sexism and what else you’ve personally seen as you’ve grown older with sexism. Have your experiences with sexism changed since you had this experience when you were younger? Maybe even see if any of your friends have an experience with sexism and include them in an interview! Im excited to hear about this podcast.

I love the details you have in here already! This sounds like a great topic area to explore, especially now as you look back on it as a young adult. Keep writing!
